河南省工业防腐蚀工程有限公司始建于1992年，原名河南省工业防腐蚀工程公司，系河南省建设厅所属国有企业。2000年改制成为具有独立法人资格的有限公司，获得建设部防腐保温专业承包一级资质。经过25年不断开拓，施工范围已涉足钢结构制作安装、石油化工工程、机电工程、电力工程等多项施工资质。2005年通过了质量GB/T19001-2000 、环境GB/T24001-2004、职业健康与安全GB/28001-2001管理体系认证。

公司位于中国防腐蚀之都---河南长垣。公司下设绝热工程公司、安装工程公司、特种工程公司、劳务公司、防腐材料实验中心等多个分支机构，注册资金为5680万元（人民币）。现有在册职工680余人，工程技术管理人员 94 人，其中，中高级职称35人，注册建造师26人。企业装备了先进的施工设备和检验仪器。现有各种施工机具、仪器480余台/套，机械装备总功率18500千瓦，具有年产值超过3亿元的生产能力，成为防腐施工业界骨干企业，连续多年评为河南省建设厅和河南省防腐蚀协会先进施工企业。

Brief Introduction

Henan Province Industrial Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, the former name was Henan Province Industrial Anticorrosion Engineering Corporation, and it was affiliated to Construction Department of Henan Province. In 2000, the company was restructured and registered in Industry and Commerce Administration of Henan Province as an independent legal entity with limited liability. The company has first grade professional qualification of anti-corrosion fireproof, waterproof, installing of the Ministry of Construction and adopted Quality GB/T19001-2000, Environment GB/T24001-2004, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification GB/28001-2001 in 2005.

The company is located in anti-corrosion capital of China – Changyuan of Xinxiang City. It consisted of Insulation engineering company, installation engineering company, special engineering company, Services Company, anti-corrosion materials experimental center and many other branches. The registered capital is 56.8 million RMB. There is 550 staff which includes 94 engineering and technical management staff. Among of them, there are 35 staffs with high or intermediate title and 26 registered build engineer. Through 20 years working hard, the company has been equipped a large number of advanced equipment, construction equipment and testing instrument. The existing construction equipment and apparatus are more than 480sets / kits, total power of machinery and equipment reaches 18500 thousand kilowatts. The annual output value of completing projects is 500 million. The company is a backbone enterprise of anti-corrosion construction in Henan Province and is awarded the title of "Advanced Construction Enterprise" by Construction Department Henan Province and the Municipal Construction Commission for many years.

he enterprise has many projects over the country, which based on rigorous scientific management, advanced construction equipment and strong technical power. The company has completed a large number of projects which are in anti-corrosion, insulation, fire protection, installation on metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, water conservancy, electric power, light industry, gas transmission, municipal and other industries. In recent years, through the relocation of Shougang Company, Jinbei Aluminum Industry, the oil reserves of the State Administration of Reserves, Sinopec natural gas Group’s pipelines and other major domestic construction projects, the company has achieved a greater success in terms of quality, HSE health and safety, environmental control.

In 1992 the company participated in anti-corrosion construction of Ningxia chemical plant’s desulfurization tower in cooperation with Japan Rubber Co., Ltd. the company firstly mastered the construction technology of rubber lining and glass flake lining. Since 2000, the company has undertaken desulfurization equipment anti-corrosion engineering of more than 30 domestic power plants; in 2004 the company introduced 3PE pipe production line, and has successively contracted a large number of 3PE anti-corrosion engineering in Xinjiang oil pipelines, transferring natural gas from the west to the east, Yu Ji-gas transmission pipeline engineering. In 2008 the company has built two 3PE production lines in Shanxi and Tianjin. The company was successful to develop polyuria elastomer spray coating technology by cooperated with several research institution in 2006 and it still at the domestic leading position in the same industry in present.
